- The M9 app is designed to help users in Myanmar quickly access mobile SIM services such as balance check, top-up, and service codes. - The app does not modify or change SIM operator services. It only provides easy access to existing operator USSD codes.
2. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the app responsibly and for its intended purpose. - You are solely responsible for any charges or fees applied by your mobile operator when using USSD codes or top-up functions. - We are not responsible for incorrect code usage or errors caused by the operator.
3. No Warranties
- The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. - We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. - We are not responsible for any issues caused by telecom operators.
4. Limitation of Liability
- M9 developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. - All SIM services are fully controlled by your mobile operator, not by this app.
5. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. - Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
