Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing or using the 555 Mix mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum legal age in your country to form a binding contract with us. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

3. License and Access

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities while using the App.
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
Use automated tools to scrape, index, or otherwise extract data from the App.
Interfere with the operation or security of the App or servers.

5. Content and Third-Party Materials

The App aggregates football news, scores, and highlight media which may be sourced from third-party providers. We do not own all third-party content and may display content under licenses or by embedding third-party media. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content. The presence of third-party links or content does not imply endorsement.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including the App name, design, and source code, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that Feedback for any purpose.

8. Advertising and In-App Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements and use third-party services (analytics, ad networks, video hosts). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months (if any), or (b) USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 555 Mix and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason. On termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Myanmar for any disputes arising out of these Terms, to the extent permitted by local law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and provide notice via the App or other means. Your continued use after changes means you accept the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
